With Turbo Tax I feel much more confident that I've filed all the correct forms and ticked all the required boxes. I also love the audit risk indicator.
What's great about it: I feel more confident of my return -- sure I filed the right forms, ticked the right boxes, got my best refund!

Taxes - made easy!

Product is good. I have used TurboTax for years. I found some bugs, for example, when changing entries in the "brokerage" section, changes aren't reflected in amount owed or refund.
Overall it's a good product, I will continue to use it in the future.
One more thing - your off-shore support isn't knowledgeable in more complex tax situations.
What's great about it: The wizard based format
What's not so great: "buggy"

State return could be more integrated. Feels like an add on. State return not near as polished as the federal return.
What's great about it: Great on federal return
What's not so great: Weak on Iowa return.

Estimated Taxes for MI not so good

I liked the help desk and the software for Fed. MI estimated tax didn't exist for 2013
What's great about it: Software was geat for most things
What's not so great: Did not prepare estimated tax forms for MI for 2013

Great & Easy

Turbo Tax has made filing taxes easy. This is my second year using Turbo Tax and filing my taxes is easy now. I like doing my own taxes and couldn't imagine going back to completing paper forms and trying to read and understand the instructions for each line. Also, using Turbo Tax lets me try different things and see what the bottom line is. In fact, this year I was able to play around with my retirement numbers and realized just how much I could save by adding money to an IRA. Thanks for giving me that power.
What's great about it: Choices-Go to forms, Use wizards, Do it your way
What's not so great: Didn't find any

I've used TurboTax for a number of years and find it the easiest way to prepare our tax return.
What's great about it: Simplicity of explanations and process
What's not so great: A little hesitant that I might miss inputting some information
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
