Perfect as usual

Long time user of Turbotax and really cant beat a bug free and smooth software experience. Kudos intuit
What's great about it: Quick and simple
What's not so great: None. No issues.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is a great program. It saved my information from last year so I didn't have to take the time to enter address, charities, ss#. This feature saved a lot of time and research.

Overall TurboTax does a good job for me. The big complaint i have is that it is so much trouble to file for a Geothermal tax credit with the NC stat return. Just try it for yourself and see.
What's not so great: nc state forms not supported

Cool as the other side of the pillow

I have used this product for the last seven years and it continues to improve from one year to the next. This year I completed on a new computer and couldn't find my jump drive with last years info. Still completed itemized deduction in less than 60 minutes. Aewsome:)
What's great about it: quick, simple, and easy to follow

Makes it easy

I have been using turbo tax for at least 10 years and I have been doing my mother and daughter's taxes. It makes it easy to just walk through each category and get them done quickly and easily.
Even with the changes through the years- I am able to track everything and have the returns in one place.

TT 2012

I have used TT since it was first offered and I continue to use it because it is the best on the market. However error checking was an issue this year and it is prohibiting me from electornic filing becase the programmers at TT and the 1099s don't share the same rule set. Leaves a lasting bad impression.
What's great about it: Does a really decent job of collecting information and helping organize the data
What's not so great: relentless on error checking to a fault
