Been using TT for 6 years now, love that it is basically just a data entry thing. Feed the numbers and you see if you win(refund) or lose(pay).
What's great about it: Ease of Use
What's not so great: Having to PAY taxes!

Overall, Turbo Tax continues to be an easy program to use to prepare and file state and federal tax returns.
What's great about it: Can use interview method or enter info to forms
What's not so great: Some entries are not entirely explained

I find Turbo Tax to be extremely easy to use. Being old enough to remember filing by hand and having all the documents and paperwork spread out on the table around me, this method is much easier.

I've been using this for over 10 years and each year it gets better, more efficient and we like the checks and balances it provides.
What's great about it: smooth, detailed, easy to navigate

Turbo Tax is great

Turbo Tax was very easy to use. It saves me money. It checks for any deductions I might miss and has easy to understand directions.
What's great about it: easy forms, checks everything

Good product, easy to use.
What's great about it: Ease of downloads and entries
What's not so great: When making same source but different date corrections to deductions, turbo tax added versus change or corrections.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I really like the interview style of the program. It is easy understand and follows a logical progression through the tax information. It does take an unusually long time to load the program and there seems to be a need for updates every time I open the program. This is frustrating.
What's great about it: Very User Friendly
What's not so great: Takes extremely long to open the program application
