Many Years of Success

I have been filing my taxes with TurboTax for over 15 years. Tried another product once and came back to TurboTax. It is the easiest, fastest, and most convenient way to file my taxes.
What's great about it: Quick & Easy to use with te guided process and easy to find if you like to use the form diretly
What's not so great: NONE

Simple process

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last few years and I am quite pleased with the service. It is user friendly and I am confident with the results. I would recommend it highly.
What's great about it: Walks you through with each question so you are not worried about making a mistake
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used TT consistently ever since my Financial data is download digitally.
What's great about it: Accuracy check as you go alaong
What's not so great: Goverment code works only for the wealthy

Gets Easier Every Year

I've been using TurboTax for years and it seems to get better each year. The total process Start-to-Finsih; the easy transition to a state tax return, then super-easy e-File returns and tracking of acceptance makes this product unique. It is the whole package in a single place and this is good for the consumer.
Only improvement? I would like the ability to print the "current page only" as "snapshots" --to me these are like electronic notes. Right now, I'm forced to do a screen shot.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Fast, Questions help to fill out accurately. Perhaps the easiest way to E-file Federal and State Returns.
What's not so great: None.

Fairly Easy to Use

Overall a fairly good product. I had multiple W2's and wound up entering all of them by hand. You think they would have had at least one of them on file.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: A little too detailed for a gunsell like me
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Very easy to use and simple. It was easy to also catch mistakes that I may have made with the error check and it was not too difficult to submit my data or numbers for my return. Very quick to e-file also. I would highly recommend this product.
