I love Turbo Tax. This is my 10 year using it. The Guided Entries make it quick and easy to get the largest possible refund.
What's great about it: Guided makes it soooo easy
What's not so great: No clear guidance in VA benefits

The Rolls Royce of Tax Software!

Have used this software for years and it is still the benchmark for all tax software available. Once you try this software, you will always return to it, GUARANTEED!!!
What's great about it: VERY user friendly and detailed.Imports previous year's return data.
What's not so great: A little pricey.

over all, i am very please. so excited cus this is my first time using turbo tax, but not too bad..it's very self explanatory..i was just a little nervous cus i dont wanna do anything i should..lol..you rock turbo.:))
What's great about it: so amaze on how easy could be.
What's not so great: gives me two window to pay for the fees.

If I purchased Delux Federal & State, why did you charge me $19 for the State portion? You should refund that money to me.

Turbo Tax was incredibly easy to use. If you have a hangup they have great explanations to help out. Will definitely continue using!
What's great about it: Quick, easy to understand with great explanations.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very good software and it keeps filing your tax return easy to use.

2012 Taxes

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. I have never had any problems or issues so I will continue to use this product.
What's great about it: No problems for 2012. RMD on death benefit was new but worked out fine after calling insurance company.
What's not so great: None

Easy as pie (but without the fat)

I've been using Turbo Tax for about 6 years. Each year, it gets easier to do. I suggest that everyone with a laptop do it themselves with this program.
