Nickname is really a userid since it has to be unique. Extension forms were hard to find.

Why use a tax accountant?

Why use a tax accountant when TT does it all for you? The difficult part is pulling together all of the records and TT electronically captures W-2s and bank statements for you. I would use TT even if I did have an accountant if for nothing other than to organize my records.
What's great about it: Turbo tax does it all for you and with the extra accountant and audit help you have everything you need on your laptop.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Overall good product.
What's great about it: Easy to enter and go back and edit
What's not so great: Printing, reviewing specific completed forms not as easy. Could not easily locate 2013 Federal Estimated Payments

Easiest way to file

I have been using TurboTax for almost every tax return since I started filing taxes. I love that it takes each section step by step. Most questions are easy to understand and filling in the necessary info is simple.
I will definitely be using TurboTax again next year.

the software is not bad just a bit incomplete. i had a hard time trying to figure out what to do when filing married for the first time

Simple and Uncomplicated

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2005, it is very easy to use with step by step instructions. A couple of years ago we took our taxes to an outside firm, just to compare, and it turns out it was a waste of money, Turbo Tax is the complete deal.
If something is confusing, there is help available.
What's great about it: very easy to use
What's not so great: had one error on my return that puzzled me

Will THINK TWICE before ever using TurboTax again!

Could be a glitch on this disc . . . had to go through the forms line by line to write in whichever numbers / addresses / info that TurboTax had left off. Very frustrating & very time consuming.
What's great about it: Thought everything was done quite easily, HOWEVER . . .
What's not so great: Not all info printed onto forms to be filed.
