What's not so great: slow, had to pay twice for state, once was included in purchase of deluxe, but had to pay again at end, very confusing.

Awesome Tax Solution!

Turbo tax allows me to do our taxes with confidence. It provides the help I need through the Help section. It quickly walks me through the entire process and does an awesome job auditing and pointing out areas that I may want to review. I've been using Turbo Tax for many years and it just keeps getting better!
What's great about it: Easy to use, straight forward tax software with awesome Help section to answer question.

I've been a Turbo Tax user for well over a decade and the program keeps getting better every year. The program is well organized and the messages are very appropriate and informative. As a CPA I especially appreciate the detail behind the forms and the ability to drill down to check all the numbers thoroughly. Just buy the program and you won't be disappointed.

Fast and Easy

I usually like to have my taxes filed a few weeks before the deadline, but this year we had issues that didn't make that possible. I trust TurboTax which I've used since the '90's to gather all my tax information and to make the filing experience as painless as possible.
I once used a "Professional" tax service and was very disappointed with what they offered and their service, that's why it's TurboTax for me.

What's great about it: Mostly self intuitive, especially from one year to the next
What's not so great: Education credits is confusing - more tutorial will be helpful regarding 1099-T, qualifying expenses, and 529s

Taxes made Easy

We used Turbo Tax from its' beginning. You don't have to be an accountant to use it, since it guides you through all income and deductions. Have recommended it to many friends.
What's great about it: Easy, inexpensive
