Another competent year

Need more financial institutions added. I've used Turbotax for many years. I've used online banking for many years. But you STILL don't communicate with my bank. Please add Coastal Federal Credit Union of North Carolina to your list of banks.
What's great about it: Confidence in complying with IRS regulations
What's not so great: Turbotax didn't automatically fill it what it cost last year.

turbo tax

I have been using turbo tax for some years now and think it is a great program very easy to use and i like that u can look up regulations very quickly with this program.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Been using TurboTax for 17 years now and it does improve each year but there is a lot of room for improvement. It needs more detailed information for laymen.

I have used turbo tax for years, and have always found it to be the perfect way to do your taxes. Very professional. Just like having a CPA do your taxes, only less expensive.
What's great about it: all the questions seem to be there. no problems
What's not so great: need shorter versions. takes too long to administer

Excellent, step by step guidance on filing both Federal and State taxes. Very easy and convenience once all your personal information is uploaded for update, modification, and changes to your tax filing. Experiences was great, it is very easy to use and it made filing lot faster than doing it old fashion ways.
What's great about it: Excellent step by step filing with detail explanation of each items
