Turbo Tax Deluxe Good to Go

Even though I ended up owing this year Turbo Tax was very easy to use and I could look at several different options to see which filing maximized, or in my case, minimized my taxes owed.

You could almost take a nap while Turbo Tax does your return for you. Mega easy!

Easy filing

We use to go to a Tax preparer but thought we could save a few bucks. Turbo Tax Deluxe was easy, straightforward and very direct. I would do it again next year.
What's great about it: easy questions and direction

Could not have been easier!

Sitting down to do your taxes can be such a pain, but with Turbo Tax it is so much easier, more convenient and thorough. I enjoyed the questions, the checking and rechecking, and especially enjoyed all the calculations along the way. Could not have been easier!

TurboTax is an amazing tool for my family and my friends. It has allowed me to be able to prepare and file our own taxes, netting the largest refunds without having to pay large fees. it also allows me to help my friends file taxes that are easily sent any time of the day without having to leave home or make an appointment.
What's great about it: multiple filings, ease of use

5 hour tax program

for two years this program has had a driver issue that causes a major shutdown of the computer. 10 times this season. 5 hours doing a two hour job. I have used Turbo Tax for 12 years. This will probably be my last. I talked to someone else who also had the same problem. I have always recommended Turbo Tax in the past, but I think I will do something else next year. Unless you can fix the issue and guarantee the fix I will have to cancel my subscription for next year.
What's great about it: great program easy to follow
What's not so great: this program has a bug is it that shuts down the computer unexpectedly
