Long time user - first time problems

I go way back to Mac-N-Tax for PCs, and have also used the 1120S version of TurboTax. But this year I had a corrupted tax file about 2/3rd complete. I finally found the file and xferred it to a usb drive.with a different name. Then opened it via the drive, and saved as to the main. However, the software kept getting confused as to where the tax file was.
Never had I experienced this problem.
What's great about it: Guide Me gets better every year
What's not so great: My tax file was corrupted and had problems opening it

Makes things easier every year

I've had a fairly complicated job situation for the past couple of years, and Turbo Tax has definitely helped keep things straight when I have income coming from multiple sources. I'd like to be able to go to the actual tax forms more easily to double-check that I understand where certain numbers are coming from, but aside from that, I've been and will continue to be a loyal Turbo Tax user!
What's great about it: Good answers to my questions, easy to organize information
What's not so great: Had trouble double-checking certain forms
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love turbo tax. It makes life easy. It used to be pretty easy to use, now it is even better. Or maybe they have just trained me well. Keep up the good work.
What's great about it: Easy to work with
What's not so great: Importer tool is good but it is easier for me to manually put the numbers in

Easy to Use

Have been using Turbo Tax for at over 8 years. Its always been very easy to use, but the 2012 version is the easiest yet. Guides you through the process in easy steps. Can do a section and easily come back later and pick up where you left off. Also easy to navigate back to a previous section if you realize you made a mistake or didn't include some information.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow - guides you through process
What's not so great: Really none. State return isn't as automated, at least for California, as the federal return process

Sometimes the yes and no questions were not intuitive. When reviewing my inputs, TT wouldn't remember everything I had put in previously. It should remember every input and choice (biggest one was when I reviewed my personal business information and it continually asked about 1099's as if I had not chosen "no 1099's for this business").
What's not so great: Wording and memory

Quick and Easy as Always!

TurboTax user since 1994, even as my taxes have gotten a little more complex thanks to owning a rental property, it was another easy tax year, thanks to TurboTax.
What's great about it: Another relatively easy Tax Year thanks to TuborTax
What's not so great: None, no issues at all
