WE HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW. WE LIKE IT BETTER THAN ANY OTHER TAX PROGRAM SO FAR. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. WILL BELOOKING FOR YOU AGAIN NEXT SEASON.

Easy to do

Turbo Tax is fairly easy when you don't have ton of deductions. Ours goes quickly, other than when I type in the wrong info. Oh well, this too shall pass.
Making up a nickname that wasn't use was the hardest part.
What's great about it: It was fairly easy.
What's not so great: Printing a copy for my records and the IRS

From the online order from Amazon, through import of previous years data, to the bottom line and e-file for both federal and state, everything went flawlessly.
What's great about it: straight forward data entry for us manual entry people :-)

Easy to use. Installed program, updated via the internet to get the most current version, imported information from some of my financial accounts. Also noticed that it imported from MINT.
What's great about it: Easily imported and entered in information
What's not so great: Need to get more financial institutions to import information

Is easy to follow - step by step.
What's great about it: Allowed me to add my college student son on return
What's not so great: Turbo Tax allowed me to enter his education expense even though I couldn't use him as a deduction
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I like the fact that Turbo Tax is able to populate a lot of the fields if you completed your taxes with Turbo Tax the prior year.
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate, and knows all the rules
What's not so great: Have to pay to efile the State taxes; I wish it was free like the Federal taxes

I've used TurboTax for years....never a problem. Never any consideration to even try another product. For my personal financial situations have encountered no limitations or incompleteness.
