Miss the end review of national averages and how my numbers compare. Used to be a line to report health related items, not just related to crutches
What's great about it: Some options access ino input and advises if unnessary
What's not so great: same as last year easly tricked into an IRA even if no earned income

Affordable & Easy

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and have been very happy with the results each time. The process is easy and the instructions are very clear. I appreciate the affordability and knowledge behind the software. You don't have to be a professional accountant to understand the tax requirements for you. The program helps you every step of the way.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax clearly walks you through every step of preparation.
What's not so great: A bit time consuming, but worth the money saved.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very user fireindly system

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. They keep improving their system to make it user friendly
What's great about it: The flow of information to complete the tax return is very good
What's not so great: I wish Turbo tax would allow me to skip some tax forms that are not applicable for my case

Overall, it was a great experience. I was able to do 3 returns in a very short period of time.

The software could use some streamlining for people filing returns for multiple private businesses. It's hard to figure out where to place expenses and deductions when shared, escpecially with auto calcs as the software will make a call on qualifications for mileage on each entity individually instead of collectively.

Turbo tax is so easy. if you can read and answer simple questions, you can file your own taxes!! Simple, simple, simple!
