im novic on the computer and it was harder this year to figer out how to print out my tax forms it been easyier in the past

Information that was placed on "Blank Form" last year was carried over to this year. It was not appropriate for this year so I deleted it , but I had to review the form in"Forms" mode to find it. Nothing keyed me to look there and I think it should have been noted to look at it since the data was "carried over".

Overall - Good product to have for most returns that are not extremely involved.
What's great about it: Automatic calculations and comparison to previous years return.
What's not so great: Customer Service could be more available w/a chat feature

Easy system with a few quirks

Overall system worked well. Enjoyed that it would pull in W2 info and 1099 investment info.
Found the HSA portion confusing. Took a while to figure out.
Differentiation of auto registration fees and property tax fees was confusing
I was taking the standard deductions (not itemizing) and it would have been nice if TurboTax would recognize this more quickly through inputs, such that I don't waste time filling in things like auto / home property taxes, charitable donations, etc.
Need a clear link to see the actual tax forms to be filed rather than just the Turbo Tax summary info. I found it, but it was not clear to user.
What's great about it: Easy step by step process
What's not so great: HSA section was confusing and auto prop tax and reg fee area confusing

Why Would Anyone Pay a Tax Preparer?

I have been using TurboTax for years! I would never, ever stop. This is the easiest way to get the most mind bending job done every year!
What's great about it: Easiest way to file taxes

Frustrated

Although I find TT easy to use, this year has been very frustrating. TT was not able to automatically update the new forms when they became available. The customer service rep I talked with on the phone was the One bright spot, was able to push through the down loads onto my computer. I will think hard about changing to a different way to do next years taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use, customer service rep (once I got one on the phone) was nice and helpful
What's not so great: Turbo tax could not download any updates automatically

I don't know if it is because i have been using Turbo Tax for so many years or what but this year seemed to be easier to use than in the past.
What's great about it: Most user friendly verson ever this year
What's not so great: Nothing
