WELL WRITTEN S/W. HAVE USED IT FOR SEVERAL YEARS. LOOK AND FEEL THE SAME, MAKES TAX FILING FUN NOT A HEADACHE.

I've used TurboTax for decades now, and thoroughly enjoy working with this program. Most entries I enter right into the forms, but then check with the step-by-step.. thank goodness I did, it found another $1700 tax credit..
What's great about it: Details Great! Easy Step-by-Step when you need it.

Every year I buy Turbo Tax early and then "life happens" and for one reason or another, I am filing at the last minute. Turbo Tax is so reliable that I know I can leave it to the last minute and still be able to file quickly and easily.

It would be nice just to go quickly through sections you've already completed without having to answer some of the questions again. seem like if you want to just review, you have to re do some questions. I don't really understand all the AMT adjustments and turbo tax doesn't do a good job of explaining. I have some rental loss carry forwards that I assume are tracked from year to year in both federal and state. loss carry forwards seem like they have to be entered all the time. Not real clear in this area. Auto Mileage is a pain to go through. Should be streamlined to one page instead of all the single questions.
What's great about it: not filling out by hand
What's not so great: navigation through items as an update, had to answer some questions again that were already answered.
