My Taxes made easy

Turbotax is a great way to file my taxes. The deductions are made easy, the drop downs include several of my investment institutions and you can pull in all the info needed. These are great time saving features for me. Taxes made easy!
What's great about it: All pertinent data has a place with helps
What's not so great: ?
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Super Easy and Detailed!

Wonderful, detailed service that really guides you through step by step. I've been using Turbo Tax for about ten years now and have turned several friends and family members on to it! LOVE IT!
What's great about it: Found stuff I didn't know aobut
What's not so great: Took forever, but that's my fault for not being completed ready
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use and comprehensive in its coverage

Comprehensively covers many income sources. Only bug/feature was that not all foreign asset information from prior year was imported to 2012. Quickly hit the limit and had to retype ALL the information in again from last year.
What's great about it: Importation of data from financial institutions a snap
What's not so great: Did not import all data of foreign assets from previous year

Ease of submission

TurboTax provides help suggestions and guidelines as you complete the Federal and State returns. It maintains all the latest required documentation which is extremely beneficial with consistent change Federal Tax law.
What's great about it: TurboTax offers simplified format with excellent "walk-through" steps for completing both Federal and State returns.
What's not so great: Would like to see reduced State e-filing rates.

Easy Process

I have used this for several years and it helps me out and makes me feel more confident that I am doing taxes correctly. I like that my previous year information is already there for me. The program checks filing staus and whether to itemize for the best refund. Turbo Tax is a good value to me.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and easy to come back to if you have to stop at any time. Saves time by entering your previous info

Surprise endings

This is my third year using TuroTax. I find easy to work with and I am assured it is completed and accurate. I is always nice to see a larger refund than the one I projected.

overall good, some issues

I like the turbotax overall experience, it is pretty comprehensive in terms of coverage, auto transfer information from last year's return.
However, the step-by-step interface is a little inconvenient as every time when I tried to update certain specific field, I have to go through all the steps again.
Another issue is when I deleted an unnecessary k-1 form which was accidentally created without any title, somehow that change didn't get synced with state return, so the federal return looked good, but state return step-by-step UI doesn't allow me to delete that k-1. I had to go to form view and manually click on that form to delete it.
If this can be automatically synced as it should, I won't need to go through all these manual steps.
What's great about it: fairly comprehensive coverage
What's not so great: some synchronization issues
