Feel like a pro

I HATE taxes but I adore TurboTax. I feel confident in the accuracy of my return and that it helps me find all the deductions possible. It's easy to use and thorough. EVERYONE should use it and stop paying people hundreds of dollars to do your taxes. TurboTax is your own personal tax accountant!

I did not like that it caught areas I had not filled out in the filing screen. It would be better if it could have caught it in the errors screen, particularly since it was a form I did not need to fill out but was something I forgot to remove from the previous year. Otherwise it was really great and so easy to understand.
What's great about it: It was easy to file
What's not so great: I was sometimes confused about where I was supposed to file.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbotax is The BOMB!!!

The Turbotax software has all kinds of assistance in preparing my tax return. Explanations are given throughout the program. At every step of the process you find the help needed to allow you to flow right through the returns. Only thing you really have to worry about is having all documentation at your fingertips, otherwise it can take you quite sometime to complete. I was very confident using the Turbotax software, and its not that expensive.
What's great about it: Easy -- The ease in filling out my returns was very straightforward and understandable.
What's not so great: Nothing comes to mind.

Pain free Year after Year

I've been using Turbo Tax since the beginning. My accountant actually told me, I didn't need him anymore! Having been through audits in the past, I appreciate the error check and final audit risk review. I love the confidence and peace of mind I have in using TurboTax year after year.
What's great about it: The walk-through is a breeze

I wish that there was a little summary booklet that comes with the DVD-Turbo tax that goes into a little more detail about each category.
What's great about it: Step by step, checking for accuracy , maximizing my refund
What's not so great: Some categories were a little hard to understand

Fast & Efficient

Turbo Tax gives me the confidence that my tax returns are accurate, and is so easy to use! All of my questions are answered as I go through the return. I especially like that I can compare my last year's amounts.
