Way easy!!

Overall, I thought Turbo Tax was very easy to use. I ended up having to call for support. They were very helpful and guided me step by step. Thank you so much for this easy to use system!!
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: Trouble downloading state file on own....needed to sign in, but didn't know that.

Man! this was worth the time to sit down and get my taxes done. did not have to pay hundreds with other tax preparers companies to get the same result as Turbo tax.
What's great about it: excellent way to do it yourself. its so easy
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

overall this was the easiest I've ever gotten through taxes. The info was very good, the format easy to navigate, and it walked me through everyone of my forms quickly. Top notch product and import function works much better this year.
What's great about it: easiest navigation to date
What's not so great: would liked to have seen more info on RV deduction

Using TurboTax instead of my former accountant has saved me quite a bit. At 87 extremely easy to file.

I have used Turbotax for the last 8 years. The importing quality and the transfer of information from previous tax years saves me a lot of time. You are dependable. I have never had an audit or any problems with my tax returns. I recommend you to all my friends.
What's great about it: excellent organization and facts available.
What's not so great: cant think of any

I have used Turbo tax for several years. It is an inexpensive, but thorough process. I have always been satisfied with Intuit products and will continue to use them.
What's great about it: Transfering of previous tax information
What's not so great: Trouble down loading state tax

i had one question concerning my tax return and it was not a true turbo tax question that is a programming isuue but a tax change issue..as a result my resolution with debbie got off to a bad start, it all ended ok....
What's great about it: quick/fast/easy to use
What's not so great: tax law changes from 2011 -2012 where to get them
