Simple, safe, secure, and satisfied

This is my sixth year using Turbo Tax, and I feel totally confident, that no matter what changes on my return from year to year, that Turbo Tax will give me the right information on any subject to complete my return, simply, safely, secyrely, and I'll end up satisfied again!
What's great about it: I klike how thorough each category is covered, complete with questions to make sure nothing is missed.
What's not so great: Nothing

Can an awesome application be TOO user friendly?

Awesome application - this is 15+ years for me with first Parsons Technology and then TurboxTax. I have done my own taxes since day one and am delighted with TTs commitment to excellence!
What's great about it: largely intuitive with all the guidance needed
What's not so great: How to pull additional forms out when you did not follow the schema?

Making Tax Time Tolerable!

Superb program to help with that dreaded task of filing taxes. It asks questions one may never think as being a credit/deduction. Help is available if you need it. Wouldn't think of using another program.
What's great about it: Concise, with help if you need it.
What's not so great: cannot think of one thing

Wonderful Refund!!!

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 5 years now. It's a great product and worth every penny I pay. Keep up the great work!
What's great about it: the amount of est refund at the top of the page, as you go along.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Just took to much surching for a few deductions. that need to be included. couple parts were confusing.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use.
What's not so great: When mad a mistake it was difficulte to locate to correct.

Straight and simply, it is a good piece of software that is easy to use (love the info transfer feature and e-file) and it is sold at a very affordable price. That's all I wanted!!!

My 2012 TurboTax Experience

I've used TuborTax for years. I like the easy, step-by-step process and find the comparison to the previous year very helpful. It helps give me confidence that I am on the right track!
This year I found it a little confusing, however, to not always see the form numbers that were being reference on each page (i.e. 1099DIV, 1099-B). I also struggled with understanding the Cost Basis, and did not completely understand the explaination provided. Since I was confused, I posted a question to the online support and was very pleased to get a worthwhile, on point, answer within 30 minutes!
