Doesn't get any easier

I have used turbo tax for the several years - every year it gets easier and easier. TurboTax insures that I don't overlook any deductions that I am legally entitled to.
What's great about it: Everything needed is included

Overbilled...

I have used TurboTax for over 10 years. I use it even though I have a simple return and could file for free though other methods. I talk positively about TurboTax to friends and coworkers because I like this product...a lot. I like it because of it's simplicity and thoroughness.
However, I very frustrated this year because in addition to the expense of the software and the state return I was charged for the same state twice. This is absolutely not acceptable and I will be contacting Intuit about it after the 15th is past.
This is the main reason I am reducing my review from 5 stars to 3 stars.
What's great about it: EASY to use and great at uncovering hidden nuggets of money.
What's not so great: Expensive and now overbilling

Super simple return

Although doing taxes is not something I enjoy, I do like the way TurboTax makes it very simple and not so scary. I certainly do not want to pay someone an astronomical amount of money to use Turbo Tax to prepare my taxes like some tax services out there do. I've been doing my own taxes for years and as long as there is Turbo Tax, I will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Step by step easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: Can't say there was anything I didn't like.

Easy taxes

This is the sixth year that I've used Turbo tax. It is very easy to use. You quickly enter your data and go through easy question and answer sessions by subject/section. If you used Turbo tax in the prior year, it automatically transfers your information and provides your answers to questions in the prior year. Very helpful.
