The Best!

I've used TurboTax for many years. I have tried others and always gone back to TurboTax and have gotten to the point it's the only one for me. I find it easy to use and when I'm finished I'm confident it is Right!
What's great about it: Ease of use, Confidence inspiring
What's not so great: Takes a few minutes to load
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Good solid product. Easy to use, intuitive. Should not call this fed+state since there is an e-file charge for state.
What's great about it: intuitive
What's not so great: charges for state e-file even though sold as fed + state

I've been using your TurboTax for many years and while I dread Tax Time, it is wonderful to know that TurboTax is on my side.
The program is very easy to navigate and very affordable.

No need for a tax accountant

I've saved so much money over the past few years using Turbo Tax. My tax accountant was charging by the form. I was providing all of the information to add to these forms, and he was using a program.
It is great that Turbo Tax saves information from year to year and helps with calculating depreciation, etc.
I'd like there to be some improvement in the transmission of information from my bank regarding foreign taxes. I have no idea which countries my funds are invested in. Can't this be transmitted from the bank?
What's great about it: Great with mortgage refinancing
What's not so great: Foreign taxes paid can be improved

I found the context sensitive Help and explanations so awesomely complete and informative; extremely user-friendly movement between tax steps...backup is carefree.
What's great about it: Smooth back up and forward features; ease of using a "what if" set of entries
What's not so great: Not a single drawback
