Good for most filers, I find that my tax situation may be more complicated than some and may opt for a live CPA next year.
What's great about it: Ability to see how to handle various income streams to minimize tax
What's not so great: Sometimes I have to double back to correct things manually

Tax Filing Made Simple!

Turbo Tax makes tax filing a very easy and simple process. With Turbo Tax I was able to complete and file my taxes within an hour.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax makes tax filings very easy and simple.

Turbo tax helps individuals that are not familiar with what to claim on their tax returns. The software guides you step by step through all income catagories and will explain what each one if needed. The software also guides you step by step through credit and decuctions. It is also nice that both the Federal and State tax returns can be filed together. If you use Turbo tax year after year the software will search your computer and locate the previous years returns which eliminates having to enter you personal information each year. Turbo Tax is easy and convernient I recommend it to family and friends.
What's great about it: I loved how easy the software is to use, turbo tax walks you through every income and deduction.
What's not so great: I have no complaints, been using turbo tax for over 5 years

The Turbo Experience

Turbo Tax allows the common person to do their taxes with ease that doesn't require expensive preperation fees. We were shown deductions we didn't know about and were able to claim.
What's great about it: Easy step by step guide helped us to check everything, even things we had not thought of.
What's not so great: none

it is worth the money and really pretty simple. you do need to have some computer skills to use it but by and large it is really pretty simple.
What's great about it: pretty simple just answer the questions

Very Good Product

Alternative minimum taxes should be pulled in from previous years, if made. I did not need this option, but If It had it, I would have been able to easily tell if I needed it or not, rather than having to research it.
What's great about it: Imports some items from previous years
What's not so great: Does not calculate all items based on previous years
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax Rocks

Easy, fast, Got stuck on 1 form, but as soon as I typed it into seach box, told me not to file that form.
What's great about it: Been using TT for many yrs. Will continue to do so
