love this software. only critique is on mortgage deduction it lists interest and total points where as real deduction is interest and points/term. the form number is correct, but the screen is not. bit misleading.
What's great about it: easy to use. quick.
What's not so great: numbers do not match sometimes

I purchased Turbo Tax in February and it sat on my desk for 2 months before I got up the courage to install it. This program destressed the entire process. The better feature, the questions taught me about options I have to consider for filing next year.

Easy to use even with miscellaneous income

Easy to use once you have all of your documentation collected. Easy to follow instructions with great help when you have something out of the ordinary.
The expense associated with a second state tax return, it is as expensive as the original purchase of Fed & State
