Unable to rollback change made using step-by-step

I have made a change to my State form and then realized later that I didn't qualify for the deduction. I was unable to rollback this change using the Step-by-Step view. I had to go directly to the Forms view. Definitely a bug in the system. If I didn't see the Forms view, I'm not sure what I would have done.
With that said, I still love the product.
What's great about it: Step-by-step simplifies the whole process
What's not so great: Step-by-step makes you have to re-answer questions

Turbo Tax did another great job for us!

We have used Turbo Tax for over 5 years now. I would never go to a "professional" tax preparer again. Turbo Tax is affordable, intuitive and accurate.
What's great about it: Affordable, Intuative, Accurate
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

we love turbo tax it walks you through every lil step and lets us know if we have errors, I would recommend turbo tax to absolutely anybody

What's great about it: awesome,safe,legal,step by step and "go back" button for mistakes and double checks
What's not so great: wish it was still easier, as always!

Easy to use!

I use TurboTax every year because I trust the program to help me to accurately prepare my taxes and it helps me to remember all of my deductions!
What's great about it: Simple, easy to use and understand each step!

Simple Returns

TurboTax is the way I will always go. Have been for years, feel 100% confident I have gotten the largest return and as accurate as possible.
What's great about it: How simple it is to be sure you have entered all possible scenarios to save your money and assure your return is correct
What's not so great: Can not say I have any cons and I have been using TurboTax for years

Decent, easy to use program for the majority of taxpayers.
What's great about it: Easy to use, file your returns any time at your convenience, no waiting, or filling out forms and worksheets
What's not so great: Purchase deluxe version federal and state w/ fed e-file, did not include state e-file, thats extra
