I like Turbo Tax because it saves alot of time not having to go to a tax business, It`s alot less espensive, And you can do it all from home.
What's great about it: it was to easy.

Better than a Tax Professional!

I have used a tax professional and other tax softwares in preparing my taxes before but I always feel uncomfortable with the taxes I filed. When I tried TurboTax the following year, I found it to be detailed, easy to use and confident that I filed the correct tax return. It's been five years now and there is no doubt that I will use it again next year!

Printing could have been more user-friendly. Instructions were too vague.
What's great about it: I love the simplicity of the 'walking through" with questions/answers.
What's not so great: Disappointed that I could not import my info last year from online to this year's CD software.

Complicated Taxes completed by TurboTax

I had complicated taxes with lots of odd jobs last year and TurboTax did a great job of checking my errors and be clear and concise. It would always explain at the top to enter one at a time. At the end, it would ask if you needed to enter another form. It was so helpful! They looked for lots of ways to find me more money, which is great!
What's great about it: Detailed, great error check
What's not so great: Long, hard to fix a mistake with
