I've been using Turbo tax for many years now, and have yet to be disappointed. It is way better than writing by hand the same general info year after year! It's easy to go back in the return to see what has been recorded and make changes.

What's great about it: Easy to transfer previous years info, Great oversight

I love some of the features you get with Turbo Tax that you can't have if you do the forms by hand. For example: auto check, or persent chance for an audit. I also really like the way "It's deductable" helps to maximize your legal deductions. Having it built in is really helpful.
What's great about it: Overall very user friendly
What's not so great: I don't like the feeling you need to spend extra money to protect your return. There is sure some marketing going on.

Glad I Chose Turbo Tax!

This is the first year since we have had kids that I actually did the taxes myself, so it took alot longer than I had anticipated but it was simple and we got a good amount back. I will be using Turbo Tax again next year!
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Took way too long.

Turbo tax is Awesome!

TurboTax made this easier than I expected. I was hoping to be done in a couple hours, and I was done in a little over an hour. Definitely worth the investment and definitely a product I'll use again.
What's great about it: Simple, straightforward and logical layout. It's as easy as you could ever hope for
What's not so great: If you mess up somewhere, you have to undo quite a bit of infromation
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Loads fast, easy to follow. walks you through everything. you can co back on your own or it leads you to possible issues. I'm a repeat (for 5 years) customer, best tax guy i know

Turbo Tax takes a lot of the stress out of filing time with their step by step method. I like the highlights with further explanation.
