Will use the refund to pay medical bills

A short preview of the deductions - especially medical - so I wouldn't have to go back to separate doctors, vision, prescriptions, etc.
What's great about it: step by step guidance
What's not so great: It would be easier to have a preview of the list of medical deductions so I know what to put in separately.

Product would not e file. Screen said that I needed an update to Turbo Tax. It said that updates were automatic and then recommended "help" fixes if automatic did not work. They did not work either. It then recommended if the that if the fixes did not work that I file by regular mail. Wait a minute! If it was unacceptable to file a non updated version of my taxes by e mail, why would I want to file the same in printed form? I finally got it to file by closing everything, bringing it up again, getting the file to update in applications and e file. Maybe they need to update their help site. Almost forgot, it never transferred my inputs from last years Turbo.
What's great about it: Organized
What's not so great: E FILE HASSLE

Overall, the program was a great help. As good as when I did my own on hard copy, but this made life easier.

COULD NOT RUN ON MY MACHINE DUE TO YOUR UPGRADES! THEREFORE COULD NOT BRING LAST YEARS INFORMATION FORWARD. ONCE ONE PURCHASES A STATE PROGRAM THERE SHOULD BE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR E.FILING. THAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED AS NO ADDITIONAL COST IS INCURRED BY TURBO TAX.
What's great about it: RELATIVELY EASY TO USE ONCE INSTALLED
What's not so great: COULD NOT RUN ON MY MAC DUE TO YOUR "UP GRADES" WHICH WOULDNT RUN ON 32 BIT MACHINE. SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO FI

I have been a user of TurboTax for many years. I used to be a die hard paper user because I could see what was being place in the forms. I converted to TurboTax after one use. The user interface is intuitive and allows me to go step-by-step then go back to specific topics to review. The ability to review the actual forms while completing the return is a great benefit to me (I like to see what is being place in the form). The context help with links to other resources completes the experience; it is like having an accountant at your finger tips.
What's great about it: Easy to use interface with context help available right where needed. Realtime form review is great.
