Easy and Reliable

Have used this product for years for my own returns as well as my children's returns. Have never had a problem with any of the returns. Highly recommend.

Great program as always

I have used TurboTax since the DOS days, and it just keeps getting better. This time I had mistyped the EIN on a W2 form; the IRS rejected the return, I had an e-mail within an hour of when the return was sent, telling me what I needed to do and how to fix it. The "re-send" was free and easy to do, too.
What's great about it: Easy to fix an error after return was rejected by IRS (typo)

Beat the deadliine

It is a great program. At the start all your necessary info from the previous year is brought forward. Then it guides you step by step for inputting the necessary info and offers help examples all the way through the process. After completion then your return is efiled and if appropriate pays your taxes due.

Exceeded My Expectations

Just have all your info compiled and ready and Turbo Tax will do all the math and walk you through it. This program is so user friendly quick and easy.
What's great about it: Ease of use, throughness, the second year is even easier
What's not so great: cost of e-filing state confusing,
