Pretty Painless

I know I got a slightly higher refund through TurboTax than I would have on my own, because there were a few deductions I didn't know I could take. I like how the program goes clearly and easily from section to section and how it's always possible to go back and make changes.
What's great about it: Clear instructions, option to see FAQ
What's not so great: didn't expect to be charged to e-file state return

Very Intuitive

We had lots of 1099's this year but Turbo Tax made it a breeze.
What's great about it: Helped me navigate investment income which was new for us.
What's not so great: None- Very mature product

Easy - I'll TurboTax Again :)

Great auto guide with ability to jump to forms to fill out needed fields then return to auto guide.
What's great about it: Easily guided thru the process of filing, quickly transfer from auto guide to forms and back as needed
What's not so great: Auto guide does not always return you to the previous step properly, seems to jump to additional steps

I couldn't fill out form 8863 using turbotax. My Tax return preparer did it himself. It cost me time and money.

I have used Turbo Tax for the past few years and it makes doing my taxes more like a game than a completely onerous task. I really love watching my refund increase as I enter my deductions!
What's great about it: very easy to use. I like the GPS guide.

I have used Turbo Tax since I first started filing my taxes electronically.
Over,the years it is a name, that I have grown to trust. I rely on the software to be accurate, up to date, reiliable and to always have my best interest at heart. To date, it has never let me down.
I devitated one year, 2009, to an H&R Block program. Although, it was more affordable, I ended up coming back to Turbo Tax the following year. If it ain't broken...
