Very Good, as usual

I have been a regular TurboTax customer for years, and I keep coming back. Importing from the previous year is a nice way to start. I'm glad I still have a simple situation for now, and TurboTax handles that very well. However, if/when I get into things like a re-finance or retirement, I will consult a professional.
What's great about it: Easy for a simple return like mine.
What's not so great: Ponderous to go through it all....but that's the government's fault.

What's great about it: The process is made simple by having detailed instructions on both income and deductions. It is a great way to file taxe
What's not so great: I really don't have any complaints with the program.

I rate Turbo Tax excellently & have been using it for about 8 or 10 years years.
What's great about it: I like the way Turbo Tax takes me through both the income & deductions step-by-step & the autmoatid renewal each year.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Tax Year 2012 Nailed with Turbo Tax!

This is my 8th year of using Turbo Tax, and I absolutely love the program. My favorite part is ItsDeductible, as I donate lots of items to charities throughout the year.

Nice and smooth

Extremely easy to use. I had little problem navigating the menus. It was a logical process.
What's great about it: Went quick and was very thorough. Did not leave any stone unturned.
What's not so great: Hard to follow the RMD and understand what it wanted.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
