Easy and quick

We have been using Turbo Tax for several years now. I love that it transfers everything from the previous years tax returns because it makes it quick and easy. Also stepping through each section makes sure you don't miss anything.
What's great about it: step by step instructions for each section and it walks you through everything you need

I Love Taxes

Never had a problem with TurboTax except this time when I encountered an issue with Form 2106 - I know my information was correct except the Software kept telling my Line Item 10 need to be revised. It showed months of car usage = 12 which is true yet the only way I was able to file my taxes was by changing the number to 11 which is wrong.
What's great about it: Nice easy to follow intructions

Generally ok. Too many screen. For dividends prompts too many time for use of auto feature which handles none of my accounts. Offers to upgrade too often. it should wait until I need a feature only supplied ni the upgrade and then offer the option. Does not offer sort Charities in alphabetical order. Add a fast track feature to charities for cash only donations. Skip asking for address as many chariable donations are over the www. the Next or continue button should be in the same place on every page so I do not have to move my mouse to skip many pages if a row. Allow one to any form. Do no waste screens just to tell me how great turbotax is, I am in a hurry, respect my time! In review mode tell my why an item to be reviewed even if it is because I flagged it. Let me know that I must remove the flag or else the item will never pass review!
What's great about it: Stopped offering to import data from quicken
What's not so great: Very tedious entering charitable deductions

Lots of questions between the 2 state forms. one instate residence and one non-resident.
What's great about it: Fed. was easy. After all the questions, data was filled out
What's not so great: After all the questions, some questions remained on state level that should have been covered.
