If turbo tax could automatically run it on windows /computer or give an error message with how to fix it that will be great.
What's not so great: turbo tax had to be started as "run as administrator" function on my computer .

overall not hard to follow, but as stated above, more definition when moving from forms to return, and make the list of deductions easier to understand and implement.
What's not so great: Need more defined ways to change from forms to return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Geek about taxes

I work in Payroll so I know a lot about taxes. I love Turbo Tax because it pulls me through all the questions I already know. This product is not just for people who don't know about taxes, it is for people who do know about taxes and prefer to be "dragged along". I like the questions, it makes me think "good question!" I have used Turbo Tax for years and anticipate that I will for many more. Even a geek like me cannot stay on top of all the changes in tax laws so I depend on Turbo Tax to do that for me. Thank you TT!
What's great about it: This year Turbo Tax found the best Education deduction benefit for me! $2500.
What's not so great: none!

Taxes were eezy peezy

I have been using TurboTax since forever, it seems. Using it this year was the easiest I remember to file my taxes. I file in two states and the federal and it was very easy this year, including the online filing for my state and federal tax refunds.
What's great about it: A bit expensive, but worth it
What's not so great: None that come to mind
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years. I tried other software and I came back to Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Ease of transfering information yearly. Easy E-Filing.
What's not so great: None that I have experienced
