having a NEXT TOPIC button at the top of the screen would be nice, too much scrolling required and then I need to fine the home row keys again.
What's great about it: quick even with my typing ability
What's not so great: scrolling to much and tab doesn't alway work
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Not too painful, really!

I love the addition of "It's deductible on line" to manage contributions through out the year. The audit meter gave me peace of mind. there were explanations for why I didn't get certain deductions. And next year there will be less paperwork b/c Turbo Tax will lift the info from this years!!
What's great about it: Clear, easy to understand, drop down menus to find out more information if I needed it.
What's not so great: I still need to keep track of my finances & chase down w-2's (But that's not Turbo Tax's fault!)

Easy to use

I have used turbo tax in the past and then stopped using it because I didn't think it would be able to find me all the deductions I could get. I went back to turbo tax this year and it was just as comprehensive as a CPA.
What's great about it: The ease of use and the lookout for audit alerts.

Good Experience

This is the 10th year that I've used TT and it just keeps getting better. I love the "remembered" information from year to year, especially when it comes to education/tuition schedules. While I wish the questions and explanations in this area were a little more definitive, I was able to get through it. The last one gets done college this year. I'm sold on the product.
What's great about it: It seems to think of everything
What's not so great: A weak on explanations for Education/Tuition areas

Show me the money!

This was the third time my wife and I have used TurboTax. The first time we got half way and gave up because the program wasn't doing what we wanted it to do. The second time it worked great, so this year we tried again and it was even better. If we accidentally went back to a different section, TurboTax remembered all our previously input data. We were also impressed by the itemized donation lists, though we didn't use them. :)
Overall, a great experience this time with TurboTax, and we would highly reccommend it to anyone who has not tried it. We chose e-file for our Federal return but only wish the e-file for State return was also free. That is one area of improvement I would like to see next year!
What's great about it: Worked smoothly
What's not so great: We have to pay state tax, State E-file was not free
