Tax Filing Made Easy

Turbo Tax is easy for busy people who want to do their taxes
without the fear of missing important deductions or required information. Once you use Turbo Tax you will not want to use any other tax software program.

What's great about it: Importing previous years filing is a plus
What's not so great: Buying new software yearly. It should be an update for previous users.

Quick and Easy

I used to spend several days doing taxes. Since Turbo Tax, the only pain of tax season is the bill to Uncle Sam. Lives up to the name "Turbo".
What's great about it: Helpful guidance through the entire process
What's not so great: No planning tools for the next tax year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo the Tax out of it

Turbo Tax is very helpful. I had to use the audit defense one year and it can in handy.It was the first year I purchased it and ever since then my wife makes sure I purchase it.
What's great about it: very helpful
What's not so great: took a little time to get the questions answered

Always Improving

Last year I had some crazy-making K-1 entry that prevented me from filing until, desperate, I went back and just deleted the darned thing. (No effect on tax status whatsoever.)
Same thing happened this year, but finally entering "Untitled" for a silly blank Partnership (with no entries) got me past the Filing Cops and let me transmit.
Turbo Tax might want to understand that many filers don't understand some of the finer details of complex forms and investments; its instructions often assume they do.
What's great about it: Very thorough, less snags than years ago
What's not so great: Short on explanations at times...like why I owed CA $!!! (I know, because it desperately needs it.)
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have used turbo tax for at least 10 years, it is so easy, I have told MANY family and friends the ease and benifits of using turbo tax. I can not imagine using anything else to do our taxes. Keep up the good work!

WHEN I CLICKED THE BOX FOR PRINT RETURNS, I GOT A BOX TO SAVE AND TO PRINT PREVIEW. FROM PRINT PREVIEW THERE WAS NOT AN EASY WAY TO PRINT. VERY CONFUSING OVER LAST YEAR.
