TurboTax Deluxe 2012 is very user friendly. It walks you through all the numbers, so that you do not forget anything. Makes doing your own taxes very easy.
What's great about it: User friendly
What's not so great: does not always give detailed instructions or explanations of certain items

Using this program makes filing my taxes so easy! It is clear, and thoroughly covers all the IRS "bases"! When I'm done, I exhale a big sigh of relief, and the peace of mind I enjoy is "priceless".... worth more than the biggest refund!!

Turbo Tax Review

I urge Turbo Tax to make the software more user friendly by retaining original inputs so that it is not so difficult to go back over a section. In some places this occurs, but in others it doesn't. I have used TT for years and will continue to do so but would love to see this improvement.
What's great about it: User friendly and fairly intuitive software
What's not so great: Confusing to go back over a section because it doesn't save some of the original inputs.

Unbelievable easy

The program does all the work and all you do is answer simple questions. You are able to take deductions you never would have even thought of. The government forms are overwhelming and intimidating. TurboTax does all the work for a extremely affordable price!!
