SPEED AND ACCURACY

With my busy schedule and Ido not like to procastinate yet by the time I get to completing my return it is just before the deadline and Turbo Tax helps me to meet that task.

Rely On Turbo Tax Every Year

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 6 years and it just gets easier and easier each year to do my tax returns. Even when I had more than one state tax return to file for a few years, Turbo Tax saved my life! I would highly recommend anyone who hasn't tried Turbo Tax to relax and just buy the program, load the disc into your computer, and just follow the step-by-step instructions. And relax, you don't have to complete it all at once. Take a break whenever you need to and come back to where you left off. It does help to put all your tax information that comes in the mail to you in a file folder and have all that stuff ready when you get ready to do your taxes. Two-thumbs up all the way is how I would rate Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Gets easier and easier to use Turbo Tax every year I use it!
What's not so great: Can't really find much to be disappointed about.

So easy, step-by-step! :)

Turbo Tax is the way to go! Very easy to follow, step by step method, with good explanations when I had questions. I like the feature where I can see how much refund I can expect as I continue to enter my information. For me, it's much economical than going to CPA. E-filing is very convenient and quick too!

Got a refund this year!

Last year I decided to use a different tax helper. Needless to say, I came back to Turbo Tax and got a refund after 3 years of paying the government. I am definitely going to stick with Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Easy to use, reviewed everything
What's not so great: Some parts need more explaining - too vague
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Return

I found navigating through TurboTax easy to do. I was able to visit the topics I wanted yet TurboTax walked me through when I wanted. I found the section on owning your own business a bit confusing. I followed all of the prompts and entered all of the information, but there were 4 errors found and I never really figured out what was wrong. Other than that, I was very pleased.
What's great about it: It was easy to file
What's not so great: There seem to be forms included that don't apply
