Turbo Tax easy and painless

Overall turbo tax is a great software that help me file my taxes and gives me the help i need it. Also there are many support options so your questions never go un answered.
What's great about it: using turbo tax lets me do taxes when im ready and gives me the help i need when i need it.
What's not so great: no real cons have been using the program for several years and it gets better and easier to use every year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick n Easy

It was real easy. I just wish you could press a done key when finished with a section. Other that I liked the program. I use turbo tax every year.
What's great about it: Done in an hour & Half
What's not so great: Slow opening speed

Got Another Great Refund!

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and it really works. I come back year after bewildering tax year and I can always count on Turbo Tax to walk me through everything I need to confidently file my returns. I see the commercials every year and was really amused at the number of "self file" and "online file" offerings from other firms that were "new and exciting" when I've been using Turbo Tax to self file and online file for YEARS. Thanks for all the help and great refunds over the years Turbo Tax!!
What's great about it: It is so easy to use and the extra tips and guides really help.
What's not so great: Can't think of anything

Better every year!!

We have used this for the past three years and gets easier each time. W can do this in the comfort of our home and go back and forth checking our returns with ease.
What's great about it: Simple to use, explains each step.

Was Somewhat Confused

Had problems in getting basic information in. Still cannot figure out why our son was not initially listed as a dependent. I was listed as a dependent on my folks income tax ,Never had this problem before. there should have been a flag on this as it used prior information from 2011. Some parts are too cryptic, this was not a problem before. I have used this for years and because of the new tax regulations it has become more complicated, so your staff needs to have better diagnostics when putting in data and more explanation on input and flags as you are inputting data.
What's great about it: Much of it was straight forward
What's not so great: Some very confusing parts

I've used Turbo Tax for several years, and it just keeps getting better and better!
What's great about it: I like that Turbo Tax pulls information from last years forms into current forms.
