So easy even I can do it

This is a really easy program to use. Save all your tax correspondence as it comes in at the beginning of the year and you're set to go. It helps if you make a list of all charitable giving before you start and be sure to keep the address for each charity. Then, read each item carefully before clicking anything!
What's great about it: easy-walks me through each step

Huge Improvement

I'm not sure if it was available last year, but I liked being able to click on an amount listed in my income or deductions to see a summary of what made up that number. Very nice! The whole experience was much smoother and cleaner than last year's TurboTax. Thanks for making tax time a little easier.
What's great about it: Much smoother than last year. Easy to get to my information.
What's not so great: Can't think of any cons.

Worked Very Well

I have used this for many years as well as have had a Tax Preparer do my taxes. The numbers have always matched. It would be nice if you had the ability to easily modify a return for different scenarios.
What's great about it: Easy; Step by step
What's not so great: Need easy delete for all entrys.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and will continue to do so.
I do not feel that my tax returns are so complex that is warrants paying a tax service for something I can do myself with the guidelines provided by Turbo Tax.

A Bit Frustrating

Overall, I think this is a great product. I was really frustrated when it kept making me check my file because I didn't have mileage for a car that isn't part of my business.... it is my personal vehicle.
What's great about it: It walked me through the process
What's not so great: It took old info about a car and kept refusing to e-file because I didn't fill out the info that is not relevant now
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used TurboTax Deluxe for years and have had no problems. This year (2012) I did not understand some of your instruction and had to do lots of online study to come up with what I thought you were wanting.
Probably the fact that I am 86 years old may play a part in it !!!
