Taxes made simpl

I have used the program for over 5 years now, and i like the simple formats and how it guides you through your tax. My only complaint is the Educational credit section is confusing on asking you the amount paid to the college. Add a note that this is to be used when 1098 T is for 2012-2013.
What's great about it: Have information is save and transferred
What's not so great: The College Education Tax credit is confusing.

I had to pick my way through evrything I had completed every time I continued the return. TT should give me an option to resume where I left off also.
With the list of forms availlable for printing, why not give us an option to eliminate any individual form or worksheet we do not want to print.

W-2C Nightmare

Overall, turbo tax is user friendly and easy to use. However, I entered the W-2 information for my employer this year and realized it contained an error. Once I received my W2-C, I updated Turbotax and it did not prompt me to identify as W-2C? Could not go back and identify W2-C. Additionally, I had submitted an electronic payment which changed before submitting final return. Long story short, I am now going to have to manually review and update next year because it was not easy to correct this situation directly in TurboTax.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Could not go back and identify W2-C easily so am now going to have to manually review and update next year.

Excellent Tax Program

A Turbo Tax fan! The concise and direct questions for each of the income and deduction areas makes it simple and easy to use. It makes me feel confident I entered all data correctly and I'm submitting an accurate tax return.
What's great about it: Looked at items I never thought of before on my own
What's not so great: Hard to be prepared for all the items; needs a checklist before starting
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Efficient Tax Preparation Tool

Tubro Tax is a very efficient tax software product with excellent step by step guidence. The e-filing process was extemely simple and made easy by your product. For the average taxpayer, I would highly recommend this product over going to a tax preparer.
What's great about it: Easy of Use and Detailed Step by Step Guidance

I have used Turbo Tax for several years, and have found it to be quick, easy and accurate. Can't beat the automated assistance as you go along....always find something to deduct that I would have missed doing this on my own!
