We Love TurboTax

We've used Turbo Tax for years now and we're always happy with our return and the ease of use. It's nice to have an inexpensive way to complete our taxes.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy
What's not so great: None

Home Run "out of the park!"

This is the first time I have used Turbo Tax in over ten years. I used it for my mother's taxes and my son's taxes. Everything was explained in detail and I found the e-filing to be extremely easy. They have won me over and I will use Turbo Tax for filing again next year.
What's great about it: Everything is explain in great detail, Love it!

Makes my tax return less intimidating

Not having to re-enter all of my information every year is a great feature. The software records income and deductions from the previous year is very convenient; it reminded me about write offs I might have forgotten this year. It would be nice if Turbo Tax could look at several previous returns side by side so I could compare this year with more historical data. EasyGuide is a great feature; the step by step explanation of each category helps alleviate mystery and confusion and makes me feel confident that the information I enter is correct.
What's great about it: auto enters information from previouse returns
What's not so great: feel that I need to wait until the last minute to file incase there are updates..this year the last update was on 04/09

Thorough and Accurate but Easy to Use

As long as you have your tax documents (W2's, 1099's, etc) and tax related information available you can successfully file your tax returns with Turbo Tax even if you have no experience. The program allows you to save your work at anytime and come back to complete your return when you're ready. Once all your entries are done, Turbo Tax checks your return and has you fix any errors before moving on to the final audit assessment step. When you're ready, you can file your Federal and/or State very easily with e-file or print and mail if you like doing it the old-fashioned way. I recommend this software highly...
What's great about it: Step by step interview to get your taxes done fast and accurate
What's not so great: Nothing bad to say

Quick and Easy

This year was the quickest I've ever completed my taxes. TurboTax appear to get better each year!
What's great about it: Easier when previous yesr's info can be copied over.
What's not so great: Having to enter the extras not on my W-2.
