Tax not Taxing with Turbo

Using Turbo and doing the input my self seemed easier that being lead by Turbo however when I decided to allow Turbo to take the lead it worked well just that I prefer my way.
Not sure why pdf is involved due to IRS or?

What's great about it: So easy to use with Turbo leading the way on doing yourself.
What's not so great: A few places better explaniation of what to do would help.

Always Good

You guys are the best!!!!!!! Makes it easy to file my taxes because you cover everything so thoroughly that I don't miss thing s as I am going along. Because of your program I don't have to worry after I file that I missed something or that I misadded my numbers. I will be a loyal customer of Turbo Tax until I don't have to pay taxes (and we all know when that will be).

Gets Better Every Year

I've been using Turbo tax for over 15 years and it just keeps improving. I have no reason to try any other package. The only thing I was unsure of was why, when it asks' print return' or save return, the box that opens up doesn't seem to have a print button. It says save to PDF, print preview, or cancel. I figured it out, but maybe I was missing a more obvious way to print. Or maybe I just get nervous when I'm about to push the 'FILE' button.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, user friendly, easy to read, well organized
What's not so great: Printing at the end

Can't go wrong with Turbo Tax

I've been using Turbo Tax for the past few years. Like having my info carried over each year. Ease to use, Turbo Tax does not miss any deductions that I'm able to get. Wished I was able to e-file, but not an option due to my filing status.
What's great about it: Easy to use step by step instructions
What's not so great: Was a little harder to figure how to print out forms to file, but not too hard

Fairly Simple to Use

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. It is relatively easy to use - sometimes could just use an example as you are reading rather than having to click for more info. A good feature is the review at the end and its whole process makes you feel more at ease with your return.
What's great about it: The step by step guidance
What's not so great: need more examples as reading instructions

Improving, but improvement needed.

I bought TurboTax Delux thinking that state return was filed free as part of the software purchase price. Wrong.
Had an awful time working with the Lifetime Learning credit.
Some pertiinent info not clearly available, i.e. total of claimed deductions as opposed to standard deduction. Needs spelled out clearly.
What's great about it: Generally easy to follow.
What's not so great: Some incorrect wording.

Blew me away!

This is the second year I've used Turbo Tax. First, speed. Having a prior year's key data to pre-populate my 2012 returns reduced prep time by almost 2/3 compared to the first year of use. Next, I took my 2011 & 2012 returns to a CPA bud of mine. He could find not one mistake, nor make any additional substantive recommedations on reducing my tax liability (in the return preparation process). And our income portfolio is a bit complex - two wage earners, qualified & unqualified dividend income, rental income & expenses, and this past year a bit of retirement income, etc. I will never again use another product or service.
What's great about it: Speed & accuracy
What's not so great: Not a one
