Easy to use

Quick and easy when you have all of your paperwork handy.
What's great about it: The guides are a great aide.
What's not so great: The questions concerning my wife's NC pension were a little confusing concerning the mandatory withdrwal.

Easy...to a point

Overall I would recommend this product to EVERYONE! It makes filing the non-user-friendly IRS forms simple. We will not use another product...even if offered at a significant discount over the expense of Turbo tax. They charge an arm and a leg because they know it is a product that is practically a need to file tax forms these days.
What's great about it: Imports previous year's info, steps through adding this year's info
What's not so great: difficult when adding a new baby, some other little issues
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use

The 1099TLC was a new form for me and there were no answers to the question I had or to any of the other questions about it, I had to figure it out myself.
What's not so great: there were no answers to the qusetion about a 1099LTC and how to file that

Easy to use and can always verify each form used if necessary. I have used TurboTax for many years and have always had good results. I have used turbo tax off and on since the DOS version (went to a professional for a few years many years ago and it was a pain so went back to turbo tax).
I can prepare my taxes in one session or many depending on if I have all my records ready or not and can go back and fill in missing information as needed when I get it together without having to run over to the prepares with info that is needed.
What's great about it: Free e-file of federal
What's not so great: AZ e-file could be cheaper

Glitch that messed me up totally

For some reason, my result was showing I owed the Federal over $3000 but my state owed me over $10,000. Somehow you showed that over double the actual amount withheld by the state was withheld. When I tried to correct the error, your software would not let me e-file my state return. Very bad.
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: You gave me a wrong amount of state withholding.
