The best

Have used Turbo Tax for a few years now, and I don't even consider using any other tax prep method. It's truly idiot proof and I'm confident I haven't given Uncle Sam any more of my money than I have to! Audit meter and review features give me peace of mind that everything is as it should be. E-filing is super easy - I use it for state taxes as well!
What's great about it: Easy, fast, thorough
What's not so great: haven't found any yet!

This is a great package. It was very simple to respond to the questions. The graphic depictions were very helpful. It almost made filing taxes fun.
What's great about it: Use of questions to guide me through the process

I purchased program on CD through advantage program. This was convenient.
Installation started smoothly, but then the updates didn't install correctly, I needed to repair the installation and reboot several times before all updates installed correctly.
During preparation of my return the program crashed several times requiring two more system reboots.
Completing the return was smooth after the installation issues were resolved.

Been using TT since 1982 (?), best product available.
What's great about it: Propely flowed through the entire "Taxing Experience"!
What's not so great: A little difficult in adding a new form #Schedule E#.

Turbo Tax is really easy to use. I've been using it for as long as I can remember having to file taxes.
What's great about it: step-by-step guide, online consultant available for free, alternative methods of calculating deductions
What's not so great: charges separately for filing and for preparing state returns

Glad to Get It Done

Turbo Tax's system of asking you questions and filling in your return makes doing taxes a much less painful experience. It makes you aware of possible deductions that you may qualify for. There are links to get more information on any topic you want. I especially like the checking of my return for errors.
What's great about it: Was straight forward and easy to use
What's not so great: Didnt have any problems
