Taxes Went Well

As usual, running Turbo Tax was quick and easy. Insturctions are clear and helpful. choices are usually clear and understandable. Much doesn't apply to me, but what I did was good and easy. E-filing is much easier than paper filing.
What's great about it: Quick and easy, simple
What's not so great: Had to print for final preview

Makes Process ALMOST Painless

With simple basic bookkeeping preparation you can do taxes pretty quickly. You can see were you are and where you need to go at a glance.
What's great about it: Answer your questions on the spot
What's not so great: Remember answes to area skipped through when you hit back

13 years and going!

I have been using Turbotax for going on 13 years now and 13 years ago was the last year that I owed money to the IRS. I fill comfortable that every receipt and every dollar amount that I entered into the computer is calculated correctly.
I have attempted to save money and use other options but at the end of the day mistakes were there and their system wasn't easy to use. I don't like the cost of it but at the end of the day it is worth it when I see my refund.
What's great about it: User friendly and easier to stroll through every year.
What's not so great: Lots of reading and the cost is not great

I have used Turbo Tax for more years then I can remember and is seems to get easier every year even though the tax laws keep changing.
What's great about it: takes no time at all and it takes all the hassle out of doing taxes
What's not so great: none other then filing taxes in the 1st place
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Bring back the .wav that was used as the little tune during use.

Good experience. I saved money$$$! and will be able to this this again next year with even less work and less stress.

Turbo Tax 2012

I was able to finish a fairly complicated tax return is a couple of hours. I like the way it pulls up last years numbers and it makes it easy to compare previous years. It also took less time to enter numbers.
What's great about it: Was super easy to use and easy to find answers to questions that came up.
What's not so great: Kept asking me to buy more stuff
Pros: I bought or sold investments
