I have used TT for more years than I can remember. Each year it gets better and simplier to use. I haven't tried other software because I don't think I need to.
What's great about it: Simple and logical. Step by Step
What's not so great: Slow to load

super easy way to do taxes and fast also. The only way to go if one has typical tax return to file.
What's great about it: walks through every step and lets you know what's going on
What's not so great: wish it was free! ;-)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

from start to finish was very easy. The software is extremely easy to install and the updates and how the program takes you back to where you left off makes filing even quicker.
then completeing the filing process and e-filing then saving or printing my return was a follow my nose process this is the 5th year I have used turbo tax and have never had a problem with my returns. thank you turbo tax
