The only thing I would recommend they do over and above what they already offer is - if you are married filing jointly, they should have a way for the software to automatically determine whether married filing separately would result in a more favorable outcome. As it stands, I would have to do this analysis myself by filling out the information all over again to make that determination.
What's great about it: Comprehensive

Easy to use

A lot easier to use than thumbing through all the paperwork and instruction manual that the IRS gives you. Everything you need is right here and is written so you can easily understand it.

easy to use

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 7 years. The first few years, I followed all of the questions from the program. The program was easy to use, being able to compare last year's filing amounts, and being able to then select only those categories I use year after year. Also, I like the fact, the program offers to update my computer with any updates automatically.
What's great about it: The system simply asks all the questions.

I moved during the year and accidently used the wrong state. The help desk got me to the state I needed to file.
