What's great about it: Saves info from prior year's return so you do not have to rekey all the data

I thank Turbo Tax Every Year!

Every year I purchase a copy of Turbo Tax because it has never let me down in the last 10 years that I've been using it. It's never given me a problem and the customer service is excellent. At times I wait so late to do my tax return and I've always relied on Turbo Tax to get me through the steps carefully and easily.
What's great about it: Lots of opportunity to review. Easy uploading of information. Questions are presented clearly and friendly!
What's not so great: Can't think of any at the moment.

Easy Import of Data

Overall, the software was easy to use. I really liked that I was able to import W-2's, 1099's, etc. with out having to type all the information. The navigation can be confusing at times if you leave a topic and try to get back to the same page.
What's great about it: Like the importation of W-2's, bank statements, etc.
What's not so great: If you exit in the middle of a topic, it can be difficult to come back to the same page.

What's great about it: Quick, Easy, and Error-Free!
What's not so great: There are no Cons ...
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

GoodTax Software but too many hidden fees

I'm very satisfied with the Turbox Tax product itself. The questions are easy to understand. You can skip parts that don't apply to you. Turbotax can even download financial data directly from most payroll and financial service companies.
What's great about it: Direct access to third parties, questions super easy to understand
What's not so great: 'hidden' fees basically doubled the cost
Pros: I bought or sold investments

IT IS THE FASTED WAY TO FILE

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR 7 YEARS AND IT GETS EASIER EVERY YEAR.
What's great about it: IT PICKS UP MY PAST YEARS OF FILING
What's not so great: NOTHING
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
