Good, but not Excellent

I have used TurboTax for many years now (so many that I can't remember when I started). And it's a good program, that works well and gets my taxes done.
But, it is still a confusing program to use and is not always obvious what is being asked for. As an example, for my taxes this year, I was a part year resident in the states of Missouri and Minnesota. As such, it asked me about my income in Minnesota, but then had a statement about Military pay. I am not in the military, so I entered 0. Eventually I figured out that this was supposed to be the amount I earned in Minnesota.
It is this kind of item that keeps TurboTax from being an Excellent product. They have come a long way, but I would like to see a true walkthrough tax process in which I don't have to check for what the items mean.
What's great about it: Gets my taxes done
What's not so great: Difficult to understand all the options
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I would (and have) recommend(ed) this to my friends and family if they are filing a W2. It's fast, simple, intuitive, and can be done from the comfort of one's own home.
What's great about it: Simple and intuitive
What's not so great: The Feds treated me like their personal punching bag

Love using Turbo Tax! Makes it so easy to go through all the sections and get all deductions possible in a short amount of time.
What's great about it: Walked through all sections to enter all info easily and got it done fast
