I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and find it the most efficient and cost effective way of completing my taxes.
What's great about it: quick and efficient
What's not so great: Impersonal
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using TurboTax for years now to file my returns. I have never been disappointed! It's so easy to use that I don't feel guilty for procrastinating...I know I will be able to get the forms submitted quickly and accurately.
What's great about it: Ease of use, wonderful support site to answer additional questions; Ability to Review forms before sending
What's not so great: questions were sometimes a little technical

Quick and Easy

I have filed my own taxes through Turbo Tax for the last several years and I no longer dread filing my taxes. I recommend Turbo Tax to anyone who is looking for an affordable and easy way to do their taxes!
What's great about it: 1. Great software 2. Easy to answer questions 3. Affordable
What's not so great: it involves the IRS :)

A very quick and easy experience. The only suggestion I might make is an easy way to look at the return itself as it progressed, maybe opening in another field. But that's a very minor suggestion.

I have used the program for years and always find it very easy and helpful.. Walks you right through everything, you can always get help if you need it. Very simple to load and use. This year was even better.

overall a good experience; seems very thorough; just needs to redo explanation either more laymen terms or more detailed to help better understand. At times I was nervous to enter certain information because it might have been wrong.
What's great about it: analysis and risk analysis
What's not so great: sometimes it didn't save previous input; needs to explain more in laymens term

I like the process of the step by step and being prompted for what forms I received before going thru a specific section (for instance, did I receive a -int or -div form). The app then only asks me questions pertinent to the form.
What's great about it: I like the wizard, questions prompting for deductions
