I'll use again but don't like some steps
What's great about it: update info from previous year
What's not so great: unable to return to previous screen when making changes have to go thru whole procedure again to get where you were

This was quite possiblly the worst Turbo Tax ever. I found it difficult to navigate. Whenever I wanted to change something I was directed to start over; re-check boxes; and generally waste time.
What's great about it: Printing was fine
What's not so great: Too cute

2012 Taxes Done in one hour!

First time I have "dared" to do my taxes and found it very easy to do using Turbo Tax. I wish I had done this earlier. I have always paid our CPA to do it. This year, because of tight finances, I could not see spending the money to pay to have my taxes done. I don't think I will ever pay anyone again to do my taxes. Thank you TurboTax

SO EASY!

I have used TurboTax for at least 7 years. I wouldn't file my taxes without it. The process is painless, quick, and there is on line support during the completion of your taxes and support after the fact.
What's great about it: Love the guided assistance through out the software
What's not so great: nothing

Turbo Tax User for 5 of the last 6 years. Tried a different software after having some computer / Turbo Tax issues a couple years back but had to come back to Turbo Tax as it is by far the easiest tax software to use.
Only complaint I have is that non-normal tax situations are sometimes difficult to get thru the software.
What's great about it: Easy to Use
What's not so great: Some Forms Difficult to Access

easy peasy lemon squeezy

Great, mostly clear , I love that info from last year repopulates as needed. My only complaint is that when I get hung up, I have trouble getting direction. Like how HSA and HDP relate, or Flex Spending and Child Care expense logic. Mostly great though.
