This is my second year using Turbo Tax and I will never go back to doing my taxes without it again!!
What's great about it: Peace of mind and I received deductions and credits I didn't even know about.
What's not so great: None!

I have been using TurboTax for years and it gets better and better every year. It couldn't be easier, and they save all your info for the next year. I am not a math whiz by any means either. They just make it that easy.
What's great about it: Fast and easy!

Ease of Return

This is the easiest and fastest I have ever done my taxes. I love the format of TurboTax and hope they never change it. The tax laws are so difficult as it is but to do my taxes with TurboTax...what a way to reduce the stress!!!
What's great about it: So easy to follow
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Excellent Software

Does not take long to complete your taxes. TuboTax does ask a lot of questions, to make sure everything is covered. Introduced me to a credit, I did not know about.
What's great about it: Easy to use.

What a relief!

This is a life saver. Tax preparer's charge a fortune and this program makes understanding tax preparation possible and helped alleviate for my family the tax time stress. Thanks TurboTax!
What's great about it: Tax time is always a headache. TurboTax's step by step approach makes the entire process manageable, dare I say easy!
What's not so great: I can't honestly say that there is anything I did not dislike.

I will continuously use and refer to my friends the ease of using Turbo Tax. It works effortlessly and doesn't take a lot of time.
What's great about it: The ease of following the onscreen prompts
What's not so great: I did experience a problem after my donations. I was lost for a moment.

Easy Yet Detailed Tax Return

I've used Turbo tax as long as I can remember - after I moved off paper returns. It has improved every year and is very intuitive to use. I will use it again next year.
What's great about it: Asks all the right questions, and allows you to go back a tweak / update answers.
What's not so great: not sure how easy it is for more complicated returns.
